How many batteries does your mini take!!

WOW I just noticed with wiping down my minty Sharp QT77 mini that it needs 12volts Yes 8 C batteries... So post yours

Just looked at all my minis and most are 5 or 6 C cells, then I found one that take 6 D cells carried on looking and was surprised to a find a JVC mini that takes 8 D cells!!

Just had another look and found one that takes 9 D cells.

That little jvc packs a punch for such a small Boombox. I rather like mine although I don't show it as much love as I should

Here is my Sony CF-490s, It uses only 6 D cells and it sounds so good.

Also my Sansui FX-300, It uses 4C batteries.
