prices are so cheap --
because there is really no such thing as the holy grail of beach chairs

I sold some old aluminum folding chairs on epay a few years ago that I found in the trash. Oddly they were bought and shipped down to FL. Made enough $$ for a ham sammich.

actually --they are terrific products
at most --they weigh only 6 pounds --they last forever outdoors - no maintenance - even in salt water

and can support about 250 pounds ( like me plus a skinny chick )

All those are beautiful!! Like I said Ira my dad had a few from the 60's and 70's and the one that brings to mind is the one with the aluminum handles that ratchet into groves.
That one was the bomb!! Love those checkerboard vinyl design!😎
