I can't speak for sound not having heard the 3D8W, but I will take your word for it Agreed the 3D80 is better looking

After hearing both, I thought the 3D8 had more power - I was wrong.

The 3D8 & 3D80 actually have the same overall power output.
3D8 - 3W x 2 (outer speakers)
- 8W x 1 (woofer)

3D80 - 3W x 2 (outer speakers)
- 4W x 2 (inner woofers)

I would have thought one big speaker getting 8 watts RMS would give deeper bass than 2 smaller speakers each getting 4 watts RMS.

Anyway, the 3D80 still looks much nicer!!!

Why is it ugly? It's got 2 subs, which is better-looking than one IMO, and it's got those pimp tweeter grills.

the one to watch for bro is the one with top mounting cd player,from 86-i think its model number cd75 but im probably wrong

There's the CD3 aswell mate, looks well tasty, the best looking out of the lot imo
