I was having the classic "Old School Scott Panic Attack" in every parking lot I pulled into thinking "If some one comes walking out the door with an M90 I'm gonna FREAK OUT" :catfight: (I'm always thinking I'm going to see member "Fresh Produce" there!

But as usual every place I went into, in the so called "Electronic" section was filled with 13" b/w tv's and piles of VCR's that only this guy could love
The search went on, hour after hour, shop after shop
THEN I SEE.....IS THAT A CLASSIC LA SONIC? Nope!

It's an Emerson CTR960
Well, after 4 hours of driving around and not finding ANYTHING I was so ground down to a nub, that I picked this little sucker up.
No Antenna , No power cord , No working decks, No Battery Cover
BUT....I have spare antenna's, I now can make battery covers AND I can do deck rebelting
It has a line in
, dual decks , continuous play back
They wanted $8.99, I got them down to $6.99 because it had no battery cover
Still has the factory deck label
It will get the same treatment as if it was one of my 920's
Full tear down, clean, rebelt, new antenna, Blu Tooth Mod and of course, I'll be making a new battery cover
AND....while in the same shop I found these totally boss albums
NIGHT RANGER - MIDNIGHT MADNESS with "You Can Still Rock In America"
ZEBRA's first album with "Tell Me What You Want". I so can't wait to get my VZ up and running!
No bad, for spending a little over $10.00 today!
