Don't you just hate Victorians ... it seems like every box on epay is pick up in Victoria. Forget football rivalry ... this is why I don't like 'em .... oh, and VB

Going by lack of response to this thread ... alot of people either thought that it was not worth responding to ... or that The Box of Boom is a bit of a dick.

No offence was meant, it was tongue in cheek. I was merely trying to go in a roundabout way of stimulating a conversation about WHY alot of boxes are in the Melbourne area.

Victorians are awesome ... I love youse all.

All the good stuff is in WA, on the roadside or at the tip shops just look at AZA & Shane's scores. In Melbourne (or wider Vic) everyone thinks any box is now worth BIG $$$$$ and quantity is not an indication of quality, there does seem to be a high % of Victorians that use ebay to sell and flippers who frequent resale centers to grab everything before anyone else gets a chance. Interesting side note, all of the M-90's I have seen on ebay.au were from Sydney

The Victorians are named after a lovely (aesthetically speaking) time period
But I have been in the capital during grand final and it wasn't so lovely then
But at least there are more boxes in a suburb of M-town than the whole map of tassie!

It's because Melbourne is the arts/music/hipster capital of Australia and has been for some time.

So probably lots of boxes were sold here because people were into music, and now lots of hipsters recognise that they're valuable and chuck them on eBay.

People go gaga over our little cascade draught.. I think it tastes like water mixed with a 9V battery on your tongue... I don't find much wrong with boags premium or blonde though. I moved into pear cider territory for a while but although it's a happier drunk, you get to a gagging point which you don't with good old ale.
