I use "HES" - Hospitality Electronic Supply, LLC when I buy speaker foams and belts.
You get a good deal on belts and speaker foams if you buy 10 at a time.
I've found they are good belts, no weird edges or thicknesses, and at around $1.00 to $4.00 each, a pretty good deal.
I'm not saying they are equal to Russel Industries, but they may be.
I usually fill my cart up over the course of a week or so and then check out one order.
They're in Pennsylvania, so close to me in New York.

I have had luck recently with WestCoast Belts. They didn’t have the “kit” I was looking for but I told him what I needed and he put it together for me. Belts seem like good quality. They can make custom belts as well.
