Baltimora''s singer was among first famous people who died of AIDS in 1995. I often play it, since it is not just one of my favorite italo songs, but also as sort of defiance to how that awful thing has ruined that hope for the perfect world, that we had looking at the future trough early 80's pink glasses.
Italo has special place in my heart and I have hand-picked compilation of those I like. It is sometimes also difficult to tell if a song is italo disco, euro disco, high energy, because it is usually based on personal preferences.
