What do they cost to replace those types in your neck of the woods? Looks like a lot of car for the money.
It can add up as long as the chassis is straight it can be worth fixing.

Glad your OK brother, looks like a heavy hit!

Yep I still could hear the impact and see the visual of that other car approaching my side.

Pretty scary.

I was in a massive accident back in 1999. I remember it like it was yesterday

Glad you and mom are okay bro! That is a nasty crash! So lucky you didn't get hurt!

Those American cars can take some impact unlike most of the pop cans we see out there that saves lots of gas.

That sucks but you live and that's awesome . BTW I lost my mint 87 caprice last year to a collision with a wild animal that destroyed the tranny and mechanicals .

Hi Jusn, glad you and your mom are ok!
Sorry to hear about that to your Crown Vic.
So you got a 07' black? Very cool,we had a 01' Police Interceptor and yes the ride is a little stiffer but that chip adds about 25hp that they have in those 4.6 SOHC V-8's.
I have that engine in my 97' Lincoln, first year of the infamous 4.6L Tritons.
I bet the 07'is faster, more HP that year!

Yes so sorry about your accident but you'll get this one up to your standards soon I'm sure.
Thanks Jeff!

I feel like I lost a member of the family.

Like I said earlier I have a new member of the family and it's a Intercepter 2007. Just got the windows tinted and ordered 2 pair of Pioneer 6x8 speakers:

Later on when I gather some more funds I'm thinking of getting an MB Quart amplifier to drive these puppies. Right now it will just be the aftermarket head unit.

I know it stays with you and once in awhile it pops into your memory and brings it back.

At least we're both here to talk about it!

Now I keep seeing people's projects utilizing these cars on youtube. Ex police cruisers, mercury's. HiPo engines, suspension. This is a VERY loved car in the car community. The best part is, there are tons and tons of parts, so they look like they are reasonable to build up.

Yeah man, I saw some cool Grand Marq youtube video's were people were upgrading all the running gear. Very cool stuff.

So, did you find a replacement for your car?

Yeah, I haven't had a chance to post some pics. hopefully this weekend or next if weather permitting!

Whoever owns that last Vic. should be proud and hopefully maintain her good as she will hold a piece of history under that badge.

Each time I see that video I truly get sad because OK is not your European sports car or American Corvette, but it's a piece of Americana.

The Panther line held a long record and I'm proud to still own one.

Bring them back Ford!!!!
