grail box finally !.

don't get excited it's not a conion or an m90 or a gf 777.
but it is a very rare sanwa 4600 version of the mars jr 600.

i believe this box has been part at least 3 collections so far ranging from germany to cali to maryland usa where it now resides,

i got this box from reli as part of a work for box exchange where i work on 2 boxes for reli in exchange for the sanwa . only 1 box left to work on as soon as he sends it then she's fully paid for.

this is a really nice boom box and the out door performance is fantastic prolly one of the loudest out door boxes for the size which is bigger than mid sized but smaller than a trc 931. this thing is well made and has great controls. tape deck is strong with great quality sound and solid feel. it's a pretty bad ass radio over all.

yes 6.5 the radio is roughly the size of the toshiba s-90. perfect size carry around radio.

That's my style of box no glitz, just a mean looking, take no prisoners box with attitude. I've got no idea if that's what the designers were thinking though

It's a bit like my favourite Hitachi TRK-9150 colour wise.

Great looking box, has real attitude. I quite like that about Sanwa's, they seem to have a design style all of their own. I have a Sanwa here and whilst it doesn't look quite that badass it has a lovely industrial look.

joe no fake's man the grills are just basically a hair bigger than the actual woofers. i'm not a fan of square grills on round speakers but wtf can you do. for me these are some of the better looking ones i have seen.
