Another idea would be to put hot glue on the spot and try to pull the dent out. Or maybe tape already does the trick. But untested by me so beware!

Once metal is distorted/stretched, it's almost impossible to get back to it's original shape (flat).
That really doesn't look that bad and you could end up making it worse.
Personally, I'd live with it.

Everyone who’s ever done automotive bodywork knows that once sheet metal is dinged, it’s essentially stretched and you can’t just push it back flat. Trying to push it flat will cause surrounding area to buckle the opposite direction like an oil can. You can work it to shrink the metal but that could involve hammering or heat, and since I presume the existing graphics needs to be retained, the only practical solution is to live with it, it’s not all that bad and I can tell that this unit isn’t exactly mint anyways.

you could use a hairdryer to soften the glue to remove.
:sadno: Don't bring the hairdryer or any source of heat near plastic parts.

Plastic parts back from the late 70s and 80s were not that great! Polymer used at that time had bad thermal properties.

Depending on plastic heat deflection temperature (HDT) it will bend and deform out of shape.
