Well, I'm back and hanging by a thread
Camping and partying is hard work!
The group camp site we went to is called La Jolla at Point Mugu. Very secluded. No cell service, just lots of sun, fun, friends and partying.
We had a blast, beers for breakfast kind of fun! (and the traditional wake and bake

also known as "The Safety Meeting")
The 777 was a hit as expected, but my piano playing friend did not make the journey

.
But I lit up the camp site with plenty of AC/DC and King Crimson!
One morning I woke up the campers with the Sharp QT93 and a cassette I recently found, an original IRON BUTTERFLY's Inna-Godda-Davida! I cranked up side B in it's entirety, all 30 minutes, drum solo and all. It was almost like revelry!
On one of the last nights we played a game called name that TV show theme. I downloaded 200 TV show themes from a website called www.televisiontunes.com. Fun for all ages!
I was able to smash my personal best of 200 beers in two weeks

, hiked some trails, played some horse shoes and corn hole as well as getting in some solid mid day naps!
One thing for sure is, when you get away from it all, you can see the contrast of our lives. No TV, cell service, traffic confrontations, jerks in the store or other nonsense really puts things in contrast.
It's good to get away....harder to come back.
In the end, the Crown, 777 and QT93 were well received.
