Future upgrades

Testing has begun on a newer, more powerful forum package for the website - Invision Power Board. So far, I am really impressed with it. It has some nice mods that I'll be adding and it already has a built-in mobile theme and supposedly, there is a FREE app for the iPhone. So, all of you iPhone owners get ready - I will need some testers.

There are additional, exciting plans for the website not related to the forum, but they are still "on paper". So, if it seems I disappear for a few days at a time, I'm probably just coding.

I love Invision Power Board!! The automotive website I frequent used to be IPB until this year when they switched to VBulletin...
I will definitely donate for the Invision Power board!

Oh, I know. The whole site is getting an upgrade as far as looks, but it won't be like going from V2 to version V6. It will be more like V2 to V3. However, the features of the forum will be like switching from a Nissan Maxima to a BMW 750i.

Once the new forum is ready (as far as appearance), I'll upload it to a separate folder to let everyone play with it and start getting used to it - maybe a month or so. Then everything will move over.
