Freight (boat) shipping to Europe?

So BoomBoomBlaster wants something of mine, and he's in Germany. It can't be shipped via plane because the post office says it's "hazardous" (it's a JVC neon sign). Does anyone know what companies offer boat shipping?

USPS said they no longer sail to other countries. If you find one I'm sure it will cost a bundle
