yesterday i saw

' fist of fury ' - golden harvest (C) , 1972,

with bruce lee,

i really recommend it, it is very good.

do watch, a very strong plot, well worked, not only kung fu,

good acting from all the actors, very in line, very strict,

and great photography, and camera work.

you can almost smell china and that old ambience , forrest, bricks, in the air.

quite good.

the fight scenes...

...

beware its not ' fists of fury ' . its ' fist of fury '

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068767/

Bruce Lee is my hero. I can't believe when I was a teenager, we had had fights in the streets of San Francisco emulating him. :w00t:

Hard to believe, I know, but it's true.

Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, and Sho Kosugi were my heroes when I was a boy. Three of the best! :ninja:

Hey ElDorado! Wazzup bro!?

Wasn't Bruce Lee who used many types of martial arts (Wing Chun, Jeet Kun Do, etc.) combined together to form his own concept?

I admire him very very much... too cool of a person, a real character.

Btw, my wife was standing beside me when i was about to reply you with this message. She asked me what you were writing about in your post, I told her a Bruce Lee movie that you really recommended it to all, and you know what she said???

"Oh, a new Bruce Lee movie?!" (errrr... NO honey he died in 1973!!!!!) :-O :hmmm: :-/

Bruce Lee (lives on...)

It kind of reminds me of when I am watching a movie or TV show and my wife falls asleep early on... then wakes up near the end, or during the next show and tries to make an intelligent comment on what she thinks happened in the meantime.... and is not even close... :dunce:

If you're into Kung Fu movies, I highly recommend the following classics:
- Five Deadly Venoms
- The 36th chamber of Shaolin
- The One Armed Swordsman
- Shogun Assassin
- Five Fingers of Death.
- Game of Death

If you want a good laugh, check out karate man extrodinare, Sonny Cheeba, in any of his 70's flicks when he portray a rogue street tough. Hilarious!

Oh and FD, I used to love those 80's Ninja flicks with Sho. :ninja:
