Yep , Fisher made awesome stuff. This one is just like they put some HiFi components together and attached a handle on it. It's way louder than the M90 ( Are you reading this , Tim )
I'm gonna try to get more Fisher stuff now

my custom box racks are all 6 1/2 inches deep -
the fisher was a whopping EIGHT inches --

big box = big sound

but - i can STILL hear that loud motha from this 1,000 miles away

If you see one at the fleamarket , get it , fast.
A few years ago i saw one at a fleamarket up here.It was in a bad shape. I almost regret not buying it.
I could have stored it for spare parts

The tuner dial illumination is something special too.

After you push the light button it takes a few seconds to switch off. The light dims before it goes out

They are nice boxes. Ira sold me the 480 mint and I am working on a 490. I like them both. Very nice box Eddy. I like the different color case of the speakers, I think it kind of sets it off.......gives it a little flavor.
