Hi,kind of psyched,getting a 87' High Sierra 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive truck-2500!! :thumbsup:
4 speed manual with granny gear,52,000 miles and power windows,
locks,air,cargo lights,tool box bed with 1 ton 5th. wheel heavy duty
suspension,twin tanks,all papers,owners manual,5.7 litre and the
list goes on!!
I got the M-90 of frikkin trucks!!! :surf: :-O

Everything works but needs tires and alot of cleaning-price 1,200! :-)
I couldn't be happier,been needing a work truck for a while.
I know gas mileage won't be good but I will only be driving this a
few months of the year.

Hey Joe,I do live in Minnesota part of the time and do go camping!
I also want to take it out to Glacier National Park next fall!! :thumbsup:

I love the fact that's all original and you Wisconsin people know that
4WD is nice when your traveling In bad weather. :yes:

I can put some boomboxes in the back as long as I got plastic bins.
Maybe a couple in the tool lockers!! :lol:

the chevy pickups from 77 to 82 are my favorite .

i finally got a truck i wanted for a long time , it's a 1990 chevy silverado step side 4x4 , i wanted the 1978 model but i can't afford one . i love the way 4x4 trucks during the 80's looked with lift kits fog lights roll bar and big ass mud tires and winch bumper. those were the best. sorta like the fall guy truck i efin love that one :drool: .

I almost bought a 99' 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive Suburban! :w00t:
Them suckers are rare but they wanted 4,500.

I has a 78' 1 ton dually!! Just loved it! :thumbsup: This
GMC has the same transmission and heavy duty rearend! :yes:
Just hope it has posi-traction!!
It has everything else so I bet it does.
So psyched as I haven't had a 4 wheel drive since 94'! :-)

Trucks are great when you want to go party somewhere where your
out in the middle of nowhere!! :-)

Congrats . i didnt have anything different than 4 wheel drive since 96 '. Its not scary at all :thumbsup: . Actually in big city in traffic jams you can see a lot far than others in "small" cars :-D . And of course - manual gearbox rules :thumbsup: .
Some pictures of your new truck will be cool :yes: Wish you long trips and no accidents and malfunctions with your new ride :beer2: (of course dont drink and drive , just drink now :-D )
