Estate sale find

Went to a few estate sales last weekend and found thisrare Toshiba mini compo RT-SX700. I dont know what year it is from but probably mid 1980's.
No info on google either. It is in near mint condition

love them both,especially the sony....such a lovely seventies box,ive had the cf 560 and 570 in the past and currently own a cf 470 mono,so i know how great sonys are plus the toshiba must be rare as ive never had one of those and 12 bucks in total?thats got to be a bargain

yeh, lovely sounding box and very heavy for a mono, I used to have one too but gave it away for some reason

Ooh! Very nice!! How much does that Toshiba weigh? Also, what is the stated wattage draw?

I would say it weighs 15 lbs
Power draw is 85W
It takes 8 x 1.5v batteries.
It has multi voltage switch
speakers are 4 ohm impredance.
