I gave up buying a holy grail for Christmas!
Before the auction ended I believe someone contacted the seller and it just vanished!
Prices of boomboxes are sky rocketing on a daily basis. Also it has become very hard to rely on the quality, honesty and shipping practices of sellers these days.

Ps, was it the Helix Wheely that a new guy listed on S2G who was fishing for buyers on his auction?

I really wanted to see what it was going to sell for! Damn it. That one and the last wheely on ebay both got pulled before it ended. Grrrrr

Sorry you missed it. Most of my deals are behind the scenes on epay. Rarely do I bid till the death, but make a lot of deals with sellers. Be more thrifty next time. Only the strongest survive.
