Skippy was right, M71s are ALWAYS in worse condition than regular M70s .


Damaged from shipping and my god this thing had paint dumped all over it then they cleaned it off with a SCREWDRIVER! . Most of the chrome/gold trims are tarnished, pitted, and turning green. Tuner knob was smashed through the side of the case .


I'll make my USPS shipping claim and probably get to keep it for free..... Looks like I will be doing another full on restoration of this M71 .

You are 100 percent right Ira. The last claim I made with usps was for mu lasonic trc-951. They gave me a full refund and let me keep it. Even for the $ I already have into this M71 I will keep it anyway. Thanks for the support guys. I emailed the seller about the condition so we will see what he says.

I know the post lady very well and I will stop in tomorrow to show her the damage. Should only take a couple days for the refund. I also have a couple car shows coming up so I am focusing on getting the car detailed and running well for my shows.
