These have been on my must have list since the day i joined this site. I have been working flat out and been neglecting this passion, so I've decided to spoil myself when these 3 became available at a very very decent price.
The 767 needs a bit of work.... a lot of work..a lot of parts! 😪😪
The JVC and Diatone are in pretty good condition, just needing the usual detailing & rebelting. Note to self, I need to keep in mind not to blow them up with my 240v AU supply
I find my self just standing there and stare at these ones. The 767 is impressive! I can only imagine what the 777 and 900s would be like.
Until you own the Diablo, i dont think you realise how big the 10inch driver really is... its huge for a boombox! But I particularly love the look of the Diatone. It's such a great looker, true to the definition of boombox in my opinion.
Now to find time and wrap up some ongoing restorations!
