Yeah man, me too! I talked to a sign shop about "reprinting" all the lettering on the faceplate for me in a different font..
VOLUME/BASS/TREBLE,etc.. in Old English or something....
Everything aluminum is going to be stripped and polished to a mirror shine like chrome..
I started on the tuner window back plate, but haven't got very far in the polishing process yet...

I did spray the red metalflake and clear it, but it's been sitting collecting dust.. Now that I got my girls SCR-8 done, I can start working on it again..
I'm just anxious to get it back together, it's been torn apart forever!
As you can see I have a Japanese model or two that need to be restored/customized as well..
