Well as many of you might know I have a love affair with Aiwas, especially the CS880.......
Well I've been wanting to get the CS880's Japanese brother the CS-J88.
Well recently JVC Floyd gave me a chance to own my very own. :w00t:
So here it is with my CS880E I bought from from Max.
The only real down fall as with most JDM boxes the tuner only goes to 90.0 mhz and it is a 100 volt box,but I still love it! The Tuner works on a couple of local talk/classical music stations and the cassette works great and the line in as well.
Thanks very much Floyd,it is really nice!

I hope you enjoy that CS-J88, Skippy, I spent hours cleaning that thing up!

No worries about passing it on, Floyd. I'm glad you were able to have fun with it and get it fully working. Good to see it's still with a collector.

Excellent effort on the cleanup and great effort in keeping it in the family! Only one problem...no rubber ducky to accompany the Aiwa during it's bath! :w00t:
