Much blasters DEAD in shelves... ...almost NO ONE in the streets...

See some radios in collectors shelves it´s awesome to me , but see PEOPLE FACES when the radios are in the streets is speechless...

Only collectors can make the radios are sold at fair prices...

prices have gone out of control lately, iv'e owned the 909 and it is a great box, but £1,120 naah no way
i picked mine up a bootsale for £10 in great condition, probs could of got it cheaper but did'nt want to haggle at a tenner

For utility, no boombox is worth anywhere near what they fetch except eggs. However when it comes to collecting, who's to say what it too much? How about people to pay thousands, or even hundreds of thousands for an old postage stamp? Or folks who pay scores or hundreds of dollars for palm sized bean filled teddy bears?

I haven't felt sane since I started collecting boomboxes but it doesn't bother me.
