Hello,

I have seen on french internet this boombox : Otaki 4010. Do you know this brand ? Is it an AKA ?

Yep, that boombox has a lot of AKAs. I would guess one of the most well known AKAs is from MacDonald Instruments. They do not have much bass at all, but have a decent sound and can get very loud.

Thanks guys, you're the best ! But now I have a problem, I want this boombox, when I see a cheap boombox I buy it. Do you have a solution for me ? My wife is fed up with boomboxes :w00t:

Do you think that it is due to the driver selection chosen by Telefunken?The AKA with the most bass is the Telefunken CR100

What language is that Otaki labeled?
I have this German text "SOUND4015",I've heard it called TekSound,also.

I think I beat you to it, Ken. I wrote the book on hiding boomboxes. :blush: in other words, I guess you could say it takes one to know one...

I couldn't even hide a mini where I live now. Stevenrob, from the sound of things, though, may have picked up the torch. :lol:
