Boomboxaholic : Definition....
Someone who thinks about them all day, Has more than 1, loves cleaning and repairing them, would drive 2 states away just to get one without damage, stays up all night just to get it back in working order, loves carrying them around even if you're over 40 years old and the box with batteries weighs over 40lbs, sits on Boomboxery forum and eBay all day long checking out boomers, has more pictures of their Boomboxes than their entire family, willing to spend the same amount for a box as a used car costs.....

Yes.....I am a "Boomboxaholic"

My girlfriend was talking about a drug addict yesterday. She said "he's a true addict; someone who is no longer sensible about purchasing and spends most or all of his money on what he thinks he needs without thinking that it might be a bad idea".

Whenever i get upset, or pissed off at someone/something...my FIX is getting a new boombox...i've learned over the years that it's cheaper for me to spend $$$ on a nice box, then spending $X1000's on lawyer fees for assault etc... :lol:

I have met a few boombox collectors in the flesh...they're all "normal" to me :thumbsup:
