DIY Boombox build question

Does anyone have link to the story behind this DIY boombox? I had another pic of someone building this box but can't remember where it originally came from.

I'm pretty sure it was made in Brazil by a friend of hardmen.

Thing's a work of art! Even if it doesn't work, lol.

It's a very good idea I wish more people would do......Buy old hifi gear and use the faceplates, knobs, speaker trim, etc.

Oh that thing hands down is the best custom built box , I only seen one that could compete and its a motherfuking beast.

Thanks for bringing this thread up as I missed it somehow. That is one freaking cool box. I would pay for that! Gotta admit the talent out there is amazing. I read somewhere years ago about a guy in Brazil who built his own car out of parts of many. Thought that was the coolest thing.
