They use that to emphasize their words and get the point across.. HipHop Culture is completely different from mainstream society..

There is such an overwhelming amount of 'music styles' these days it beggars belief. Seems to me every time a new sounding song/tune/music is created it has to be deemed a new style of music. It was so much simpler in the old days. *sigh*
