Too many dudes are bombing me with PMs (here and on the FB page) and all inside is "DIBS". I tried to buy a car and told the seller will pay him with DIBS - he kicked me out :lol: .
All trade offers are not good too :lol: . And who told i will sell it :lol: .
Its indeed really good boomer. Never realized how good it sound before. Those massive woofers, the insane chrome and the build quality is :drool: . Now i understand why some dudes love it so mucho. And cannot blame em. Actually for me there is no comparo - m90 is ugly :lol:

Good build quality? Hmm, I will have to find one someday to see for myself. I have a Crown 850, and other than its nice metal knobs, its build quality is only average. It is kind of an "empty box" considering how big it is. In fact, an RX-5500 weighs exactly the same, even though it's a lot smaller.

apparently --weight doesnt matter --
the 970 sound 12 times better than that over-weight // over-rated 5500

It is actually. Very good build. Some knobs with very smooth ratchet steps. Toggle switches are damn tidy. The full automatic tape mechanism work soooooo smooth. The sound is amazing for one piecer. All time lightened tuner. Dope long LEDs increasing with the power of the sound.... The chrome rings are enormous. Woofers looks way too massive for the size of the boomer and make it look dope..... And so on. Actually in first sight you can think "nothing really special" , but believe me - it grows on you every next moment..... And is not a massive boomer in any means. But is massive on presence and performance.

RA --agree the 5500 is a very sweet //solid box --
just for my taste --and for all that massive weight --it sounds a bit weak compared to
similar size good boxes
