Looks like we're SOL. 
The head cradle doesn't rise up to the play position and there's no rewind, ff or play. Both deck motors work so my best guess is the warped board has a break in it somewhere. I'm tempted to find a parts machine but don't think it's worth it. Without the know how or ability to test and diagnose the components I'd just be throwing parts at it in the hope I stumbled onto the actual problem. You win some and you lose some I guess.

All may not be lost. Found another machine for $45.00... Gonna try and make one working deck between the two and keep the other for parts. Not having the electronics skills to diagnose the problem sucks. I liken it to solving a rubiks cube. While you guys methodically turn the sides to solve it I'm forced to peel off the stickers and match em up that way LOL!
