So when I'm using my old technology (boomboxes and such ;-), I'm probably doing something on the computer, be it video editing, photo editing, audio mixing, etc. One of the things I like to do is sing covers of 80s and early 90s rock/metal songs and mix them using Adobe Audition. Here is myself singing "Another Rainy Night (Without You)" by Queensryche:

Facebook tells me that anybody with this link can view, so I'm going on that premise.

Damn dude, you got some great pipes!
Thanks Lasonic! One way of making sure I never lose these to hard drive failure or computer crash is by recording them to cassette. ;-) Haha.

Very True! Plus you can impress the ladies by whipping out a cassette with your tracks on it!

Oh yes, totally! Whipping out cassettes and carrying boomboxes are my trademarks around here. ;-)

Thanks! I've been raised around both old and new, and I simply just prefer the classic stuff over the newer "throwaway technology" as I like to call it. And people love it when I carry a boombox around. I got filmed by a phone camera by somebody in their car while carrying a Panasonic RX-5030 through town back in April, LOL.

Thank you all! I'm very glad all of you like the cover!

And Kenpat, Geoff Tate was definitely hard to beat back in the day. He used to just rip on the vocals.

I FINALLY checked this out.
You've got good range, Dylan.
Unfortunately, for me, smoking and screaming over equipment on jobsites has had a negative effect on my voice. That's my own fault.
Do you study music at all (I'm pretty much an aging "band geek" and piano player)?
