Conion with splatter

Normal cleaner doesn’t do anything to take it off.
Any advice ?
Should i take it completely apart ...iv never done before

Gojo lemon hand cleaner is good at loosening paint.

Or if that doesn't work, use a headlight polish kit with an electric polisher

I’m good brother how you been? You can try stripping it down and soaking it with mild soap and warm water. If we know what it actually was it might be easier to give solutions.

Does it sit on the surface or is it etched in? I’ve seen stuff that melts the surface :-(

If it is then only thing that can be done to tuner window is buffing out the marks. Like said before the headlight refinishing kit will work. As for the case either leave it or paint it

i read it can be wet sanded and clear coated on the glass

Iv asked this before im sure , can i get electrocuted if i take this completely apart ?

Yeh if you leave it plugged in! Always have to keep well away from the transformer if you’re testing it out whilst it’s open. Simple safety measure tho...don’t plug it in

I used the headlight wax and it came out alot better , a long way from perfect , thanks to everyone that helped out .
Nice to get back into it, its been awhile for me lol
