Yesterday I decided to give the CityBoy a clean after staring at it for two weeks. She was filthy and it was doing my head in. I'll give her a second clean at a later date as the main drive belt snapped so when I replace that I'll give her a more thorough clean.

She's cleaning up nicely. How's it sounding? Never heard one of these,hell didn't even know they existed till I joined boomboxery.

It doesn't sound too bad considering it's size, a little bit of adjustment to the tone control brings good balance to the sound. Obviously it could do with a bit more bass! I love the way it looks though!

It's too bad the chrome around the tape door has worn away. Want me to make you a chrome sticker for it? :-) I have a blue one so I could use mine to measure it.

I haven't done it to mine because it doesn't need it, the chrome is still intact thankfully ;-)
But the sticker would probably look even better than the original chrome, since it's only painted on.
