I had a Colecovision console back in the 80s. I still remember the huge blisters I used to get on my thumbs from working those round, flat joysticks.

James..... :-)

I was too young for that gaming system, but I first head of it on the Dr. Dre song "Housewife"..
The rapper Hitman says, "that's when I caught a vision like Coleco"..

Looks like they´ve used Atari Jaguar´s mouldings well and piece looks also very nice i suppose. Never had a Colecovision though as it´s so rare here, i do have the Atari 2600 and Magnavox Odyssey2 from the very same era

Looks awesome!

Loving these revived vintage machines...bought a ZX Spectrum Vega last year which is fantastic, great fun playing all the old games. Don't know whether the Spectrum made it to the states or whether it was just a uk thing...it was the mutts nuts at the time

I had the crappy atari 2600. A good friend had the coleco. I was so jealous at how good the donkey kong emulation was. But ya the joysticks sucked big.

Here we go again (old 'un 'ere).........................................I've never played any games on any type of machine in my life although I think I may have seen something like one about 15 years ago but it may have been something completely different!.

As for the Batman hand control thingy: Nope, clueless. Before I followed the link I though the topic title referred to a long absent forum member (*sigh*).

Me to Si

I've packed it away because my kids have everything else plugged into all the TV's but nothing beats that 2600 experience. The old Atari, Intellivision, Coleco days were magic...

end of waxxing nostalgia....

That's funny. I never noticed his avatar. My daughter has that, it's one of her favorite toys. 15 months old now.
