panny 5350 needs to be there plus the sanyo 9998k sony cfs-77,99 .....

5350 is there. The panny section just needs to be reorganized like so:
panasonic national RX-5350 / RX-7000 / RX-7200 / RX-7700 /

I vote no for the cfs-77. Love the model, but it doesn't meet grail category.
-is not loud
-is cheap (25$ -150$)
-rarely talked about.
-seldom "compared" to other models

thats true but the cfs-99 is the bigger one which to me might be a grail and dont forget the aiwa tr-955 .....
