I'm confused... I don't think Max made any statements that would need to be retracted. However, if you meant the statements that others made about the buyer, then that does make sense.

But that might give the appearance of blackmail, and we don't do that here.

I was referring to this. All I am saying is if the buyer is making requests after feedback is left, it would be fair for the feedback to reflect the extra actions to satisfy the buyer. I have been through a feedback retraction over misunderstandings before. I would consider it mediation and definitely not blackmail.
