man, the movie was really cool , i loved it.

lots of soul,

and a nice story.

cried many happy tears. amazed.

Haha, just watched this for my first time ever. It was a free movie selection on my On Demand cable. It left me in "awww" seeing people in those goofy clothes .

To say the movie had "quality" acting is a bit of a dare...

However, I saw it as a teenager and still love it today. I never measured the movie for acting ability as it was clear that was not the point. It was the dancing and the music that stood out and made up for the "acting" between dance and music scenes.

their acting is quite so bad

theyre quite natural as a matter of fact,

not very plastic.

i have seen much worse acting from better budgeted movies.

i might see it again soon!!!
