Booze it up or no?

Here's a long shot of a question.Are there any non-drinkers here in the forum?Personally I've never picked it up as a
habit.I don't like the way it makes you feels.In fact I can't say that I know that I've ever been drunk.Though I know I'm probably in the minority,is anyone else here not a fan of alcohol?

i don't drink beer but I will on a rare occasion have a fruity (sounds like Ira) drink, never tried pot either.

Never done any type of illegal drug, but I do imbibe the occasional margarita, pina colada, and Jack and Coke. I do have a weakness for Fuzzy Navels - both kinds.

i use to drink beer,since my Heart attack and open heart surgary,have not had any,don't miss it much.
I have had some red wine,which i never used to like but it's good for heart disease so i've had a few glasses lately.

I do drink on occasion and enjoy a good beer. Of course drinking expensive scotch like "The Glen Livet" keeps forming a habit at bay.

I don't drink or smoke either. I never got to like the taste of alcohol or the feeling of being drunk either. I definately don't look down on those who do drink, it's just not for me. Movie popcorn is my addiction. My wife loves to drink wine and I like buying it for her. It's kind of like a mini-hobby to try to find her some nice wine she likes a lot.

Always been 'take it or leave it' when it comes to alcoholic beverages.
Don't mind a few pints when I go out socially or a bottle or two at a BBQ, glass or 2 of Asti (good choice Jovie!), JD & coke etc.... I never drink at home though, I just don't feel the need or urge to do so.

I drink alcoholic stuff now and then, but have never been drunk. I have no problem morally with drinking (except when it makes people creepy or aggressive or obnoxious, or when there's driving involved.) Alcohol just doesn't make me feel good... just sleepy... and then dizzy. Neither feeling is good, so, when I'm out for a meal, I'll nurse a beer or glass of wine through an entire evening... and sometimes not even finish it. Same when I'm at a ballpark or a show or a music club. I'm definitely not a club owner's best customer!!

Enjoyed beers and rusty nails for years, but they did'nt enjoy me the older I got.

Quit 18 years ago, and plan to live long and booze free for at least to Ira's age.

Quit ciggi's in '05.

I drink most nights . . Quit smoking 5 years ago or so ( tabacco and erb)


But each to there own I say . . As long as you don't become a nightmare that is ! !
