Boomboxes have better mid bass than Subwoofers

I mean seriously, maybe the subwoofer can reproduce continous low frequencies. But boomboxes really pack that PUNCH music needs. Any boombox with 2 8" woofers can outblast a subwoofer in the midrange.
Looks like boombox bass quality...

well subwoofers are a lil to much for mee for listening.. those old 80s boxes really sound "right" well good bass and kick u in the face with awesome sound
well the only boxes i prefer more are my lil living room nubert-active-usb speakers they give u 36hz and the most linear sound possiple.. but can i take em in the park... nope )) soo boxes rule and its amazing how long the batteries last on the old ones
