no chance to see this baby on Ebay, believe me, it's my all time keeper, I'm in love with him !!
Hmmm, interesting... Do you remember you sold me this one?

https://boomboxery.com/forum/index.php/topic/20535-a-new-jvc-soon-so-happy/

Told me, after I identified myself as an forum member and specifically asked if the box was okay, that the box was working 100% and was sounding exactly as it should? That it had no problems at al. That the only reason you sold it so quick, was because you already had an L version that was being repaired by an uk forum member?

That the box arrived here with both treble and bass sliders broken? And your response was that I shouldn't whine because it is an 30 years old machine... That it was perfect when you shipped it?

So now you found a keeper? Do you still have your L version?

Why did you make a new user account on s2g?

I disturbed the happy LED party a bit, but this thread made the pieces of the puzzle fall together. I just received a very short pm containing the word "sorry" from weboguy. A different tone than the previous messages I got back in January, so for me this settles the issue. It's my mistake I trusted him and payed with bank transfer, otherwise this would long be solved via a PayPal claim. Lesson learnt.

I won't remove or edit the message above tho. It was my most unsatisfying boombox transaction yet. The guy just switched identity on s2g and immediately tries to sells a Goldstar box... shady business practice at least.

This is the sort of comment you expect from an Ebay deal not from a forum member, unacceptable outcome....

It would go a great distance if a public apology was made. It can't be undone but your stock here and at S2Go is now questionable to say the least.

Michiel is a top notch gent and his tone and demeanor benefits you. Others are not so forgiving. This community is a close knit bunch who don't tolerate shady dealings.

Stand up and step up.

It's okay weboguy. Just be honest, at the end that so much more beneficial. Apologies accepted! Love your new M70 and the LEDs. Would love to do the same with my M70 too! :)

thanks
well it came like this so I had nothing to do
bbox was fully cleaned, serviced belts and transistors replaced etc, so this baby rocks the house !!
great sound on tape, vinyl, mp3 and radio
so happy to finally get a nice M70 that I can keep, I don't think I'll ever get another bbox now, don't need another because nothing can compare to the nice sound of an M70, well I've never heard an M90 anyway they're too expensive
I've just bought a linear tracking turntable, KENWOOD KD 74 F, programmable,it will be a pleasure to plug it to the M70 just a pic to show you, this is not mine, mine is 100% serviced and cosmetically like new, this tt plays nice and sounds great, plus it is fun to watch it search the tracks, programmable
