How's it going everyone....I have been home from work the past couple of days..so yesterday I decided to go clean up and power up all my boxes...I find it very hard when I'm working to spend a lot of time switching up boxes so I only play a couple of them on a day to day basis...I started with some automotive detail spray an applicator and a few cans of dust off :-D :-D Well after 2 days and a lot of rags all of my radio's are clean and polished :thumbsup: Only issue was my gf 8989 the volume was scratchy so I took it apart and sprayed the volume pot with deoxit ...So I can say it's fixed..I really had a lot of fun playing with all of them..I tested out all the tape decks and all work 100%.. just wish I had a bigger room to display all my toys ...4 of my boxed units are in a closet just because I'm out of room ..but I rotate them out from time to time...here are the collection pics...take care .......jimmy :thumbsup:

And as far as the space problem goes...convince your family to put them on the biggest wall of the living room :w00t:
Seriously though, I love your selection of classic, great boomers and the way you take care of them.

Same problem here, if more boxes coming into the house, my wife maybe put me out!!!

And, I've had the very distinct pleasure of sitting in that very room, drooling all over the floor at those boxes. Jimmy and I drank a few brewskies in the Boom Room while listening to some of those play. Awesome Brother. We had such a great time there with Your wonderful family. Thanks Jimmy.

Sheesh!
I wish I had nothing better to do than polish off my boxes off for a few days straight.
