C100.......
I had a C300 and heard a Erniejade's C100.
I think the C100 sounds better.
I think Freddie has had both,my C300 was from him.
I think Miguel has both C100 and C300.
He has my C300 now I believe........

Hello folks, Hope everyone is doing fine, Now I do have both and on the bass department the C-100 sounds much better with deeper richer bass, The C-300 sounds great too with very good bass but it has more treble than the C-100 as it is louder with lesser bass. Hope this helps Ira my man.

Cuz the C300 sure looks very special.
Compared to the C100 which looks......... not very special.

And anybody that says looks isn't important probably isn't 100% truthful.

the BLACK C100 is gorgeous --
the silver one is less so

I never saw a black C100. But to me, the silver version looks so common and so similar to a dozen other boxes, and certainly not very exciting looking.

I love the looks of the C100 and don't really care for how the C300 looks.
But the C300 has some nice features like the spectrum analyzer. and the auto reverse with the blank skip feature.

Yup SuperDuper is right the looks are important so I like more the C-300 as the spectrum analyzer is really amazing to watch as Skippy mentioned. Just look at my avatar. Also the grills are removable on the C-300 and show those beefy free edge woofers thumping. The silver C-100 reminds of the Fisher 480 & 460 both have similar looks.

yep. C100 has better sounding bass but C300 is louder. My black C100 is in the image rotation at the top of the page.
I think these are the only two boxes with vacuum florescent meters. Are there any others?
