Belt measurements

Hi all,

I am repairing a Panasonic rx5050. I ordered a belt kit but a couple belts are the wrong size.
I saw on here that someone posted a list of Panasonic boombox belt sizes. For the 5050 it reads
FRY 7.0
SCY 4.4
SCY 4.6
SCY 5.2

Is that the measurement in inches if I fold the belt and measure end to end?

The measurements are in circumference so if you fold in 1/2, the length measured will be approximately 1/2 of the circumference.

Great. Thank you. When I fold it in half am I reading inches, cm, mm?
