i got the dvd over there and will watch soon.
i loved it when i was younger.
there were two local gangs here in the city, back in the 90s, up to 98 or so,
it was ' beat street ' and ' L gang ' , those were different days...
now its all clean, no fun.
not that it directly has something to do with the movie, but they took the name.
and some other crews had battles on the dance floor, at the local rave / party scene.
i also danced at those parties , i loved it... great atmosphere, sweat on the walls,
dark lit room... booming speakers from house stereos ... home made strobes.
flashing colored lights.

was really fun. times at highschool, man.
anyway, i saw ' beat street ', and i remember only tiny bits,
but i gotta see it again.
' breakin ' was awesome !!!
