Maybe they are using AI again. I saw a lot of this on their facebook comments. Many of the replies were really dodgy and I did question many of them but never got any replies, that convinced me they were using AI to help them reply to the thousands of comments they were getting during the 777 campaign.
I think it's a little bit unthruthful to be using AI to answer questions from their own "contact" page. Not impressed!
