My roommate just informed me that my Prosonic PQR9962 sustained some damage on a drunken evening. Apparently the tape door has been cracked...and it doesn't close properly. That's all I know.
Soooooo does anyone have a tape door? I doubt it.
....and for the record...this box is reserved the one and only dreadlocked brother Gluecifer....

Very sorry to hear that! :sadno: :sadno:

Please post some pictures of the crack and broken parts of the door. Save all the pieces of the broken part.
Let me see what we can do. I have clear polycarbonate panels if that part is broken. They can be easily cut and shaped to fit. They are so hard so will not crack. Also we can do wonders with JB weld and some touch up paint job. Thanks to Bill. He is the one taught me about JB weld.

I don't live at my house...
My roommate and my boys have been streddin for two weeks on how to break this news to me.....

Oh my!! That's no good!!
Good luck fixing her! Would a door from the lesser Goldstar version be a match? Should be a few of those around
as the seem more common.

If you post some pix I might have some repair suggestions too.

..., I still want it just as bad regardless, GZ!

Rock On.

They weren't playing with it...someone fell back on a chair and it was behind them.
Still haven't seen it yet....

This could be a quick fix , my JVC RC656 door was broken , I had it repaired at a local audio shop .
