Last year I was boomin' one of my GF-515s at a riverside on a floating platform when suddenly a few pals came aboard and the whole thing went underwater for an instant - including my Sharp. I grabbed it and took out the batteries as fast as I could but of course it was too late. I let the box rest and the next day I tried again - nothing. I was pretty sad, a pretty cool box destroyed by such a stupid incident
Since then it rested in my room - until today. I planned to take it apart to repair another Sharp but when I plugged it in it was working just like it used to do
Thanks, Boombox Karma!
