That's some nice investigative work. :cool: :ninja: I wonder if it's a scam they are running or if Ira's seller sold the box to the new seller before the auction ended?
====================================

there is alot more involved here than the seller simply decided to sell it to this ' new' re-seller ( if thats what happened ? )

my US$1080 was all his for 43 days !!! :annoyed:
he lied about shipping it to me :annoyed: :annoyed:
and sent a FAKE tracking number :annoyed: :annoyed: :annoyed:

finally - paypal did send me the refund --

asking --do any of you guys know if i can // should go for some legal actions ??
this freeken crook just CANT go free from these crimes :judge:

But it seems to me that if you got a refund, there is no legal action available.
I suspect that the only way Ebay/Paypal would be interested in taking action against this guy would be if they were unable to collect from his account.
But I bet they did collect their money, and that's all they care about.

Could be the same one, seller says they have the original box and it's from the same area, how many discolites were sold in Illawarra :hmmm: The seller has low feedback and brought the same low value items as one of the previous seller ID's to get positive feedback.

Use caution with this.
I think it'll be relisted. Went real cheap and it reeks of the sale that didn't go through with Ira........
