Hey Frank, Really sorry to hear about your crash. As many said above, as we age, we crash even harder. Hopefully things will heal up proper.

With all that said, I'll go ahead and cruise on over and re-leave you of those cumbersome heavy radios. I don't want you seeing them sitting in the corner and you thinking you want to lift them and re-injure yourself. I'm here for you buddy! ;-) No need to worry :-D

Hey Guys!!Thanks for all the well wishes!!
Update: Orthopedic Dr appt. went great.
Recent X-rays show My collar bone fragments are now all lining up pretty well
And that means no surgery needed.
Still on the slow road to recovery but hey I am feeling better each day.
Should be pretty well back on track and back to work within a couple of weeks.
Hey Chris, thanks for the offer but I had my son Jake shift some boxes around for me and I am currently enjoying
The Clairtone 7979. Was cranking it out earlier and it was great. But good looking out bro, I appreciate it.
This is what it looked like the day I had the accident. View attachment 7421

Damn Frank, that hurts just looking at it. I guess I'm lucky, the weekend of Valentine's day, the wife and I went camping, I got drunk and fell out of the back of the camper, missed the damn top step in the dark, fell to the ground on my side and shoulder, but thankfully nothing happened (didn't even spill my beer!) Seeing this reminds me how it could have been worse!

I'm glad you're on the fast track to recovery. Spring is right around the corner and you don't want to miss out on any blasting!

If things change with those radio's let me know! :-P :-D

In the mean time, I had this shirt made for you!

You are quite the person to share with everyone, Some hide these issues and or vanish for a while.
At least you were not on a motorbike going 70mph.

Best wishes on a fast recovery. As an aside, I've found that diet can play a big role in how fast you recover.

I'm just thankful it was your shoulder and not your head! Wear a helmet bro...don't care how dumb they look. I've heard too many horror stories of people falling off their bikes and hitting their heads. Its not good. You gotta family to take care of...you don't want them to have to take care of you forever.

Sorry,I haven't been on for a while or I would have replied earlier.
Hope you heal fast and just enjoy a Boombox with a nice dial light for night time viewing and listening!' :)

Thanks for the well wishes guys. Went back to work this past week on light duty. Still can't sleep on my side which is annoying but I am slowly coming along.

That's really good news that you're healing so well so quickly, going back to work already, boy that was fast even if it is light duty. Really happy for you!
