AIWA CS-80, TPR-950, TPR-955 Reel Table

I am looking for reel table for my AIWA CS-80 See attached. I Think It Would Also Fit The TPR-950 And TPR-955 Models. Maybe somebody have.

You might be able to fix that one.
It looks like it's on a clutch mech.
What is the problem with it (I assume it's cracked and spinning)?

Yes, the plastic part marked in the photo has completely fallen apart. The cassette tape spins forward and backward fine, but when you start playing the cassette, it spins and jams.
