So, I get a call from a friend of mine that lives locally. He says, "you need to come check out this boombox I got at one of the local thrift stores" (ARRRGGGG!!!!)....I GO TO THESE DAMN STORES ALL THE TIME AND NOTHING!
So I go over there and yep, he's got a bitchen 3 deck Yorx with pull out walkman player. He says, "I paid $8 for it!"
DAMN IT! :annoyed: :'-(
I look it over, we drink a few beers, I tell him it's worth more then $8, he's happy, say's it's going on eBay!

So I get a call today and he says "Dude, you're way into these things, why don't you just take it!"
HOLY CRAP and HELL YEAH run through my mind!
Here it is....
It's missing one button on the removable deck and the volume slider is crusty. It probably will need belts on everything and it has no in puts, but it sounds good, the EQ works, the AM / FM work fine, perfect antenna and clean battery compartment. All the decks play, but depending on the tape your trying to play, it's some times slow.
I just owe him $8
